Cancellation & Refund Policy

Gadgetkat hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

 Order has not been dispatched yet?

Orders cannot be cancelled once the AWB (Air Waybill) has been generated.

 Order is in transit?

If your order is in transit you can't cancel the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to carrier mishandling, we’ve got you covered. Contact us immediately, and we’ll either issue a refund or reship the item—at no extra cost to you. To process your request, we’ll need a photo or video of the damaged item. If you’d prefer to return the item, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the delivery date, to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, contact our friendly support team for assistance.

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition—unopened and in the original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returns and cancellations can be initiated by emailing us at support@gadgetkat.com. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, email us at support@ gadgetkat.com within the 30-day return period. Items must be in new condition for a refund to be issued. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed for items that show signs of use.

Who Bears the Return Costs?

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return postage and provide a prepaid return label.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, this guarantee does not apply if:

  • The item is damaged after use.
  • You refuse delivery from the carrier.
